Mollie’s to host spooky-themed drive-in movie season, in partnership with Knoops 

Surfing is most definitely not just for summer! With some exciting events on the cards - and our new lake lighting making post work surfs a possibility - there are lots of reasons to make a trip to The Wave part of your autumn plans.   

WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre, in Gloucestershire, has announced a Halloween Light Trail, brand new for 2024.

Fantasy Forest, a unique UK festival celebrating the popular fantasy genre, will make a spectacular return to the glorious grounds of Sudeley Castle, Gloucestershire next year from 18 – 20 July 2025.

Conservation surveys of the award-winning Bear Wood habitat at Bristol Zoo Project have shown native species such as birds, invertebrates, bats and small mammals are thriving since it opened.

The iconic designs, including a paper dress and a tartan uniform, will be on show at Aerospace Bristol from 17 October to 17 November.

Autumn is on its way at the arboretum and this season they are shining a spotlight on tree conservation work.

Sudeley Castle is hosting Halloween events for all ages this October, from a mythical daytime trail to a spookier nighttime route and exclsuive guided ghost hunt tours. 

Forestry England’s Westonbirt, The National Arboretum is proud to announce that two brand-new children’s play areas have just been finished and are open for children and families to enjoy, in time for the August Bank Holiday weekend!

This summer, Gloucestershire’s WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre transformed their wetlands into a new and exciting Code Breakers trail. It is visitors’ last opportunity to crack the code, as the trail ends on Sunday 1 September.

Taking place all summer, from 28 July to 1 September, Sudeley’s 70s Sundays (included with general admission) is a colourful and nostalgic weekly celebration to help mark Chatelaine Lady Ashcombe’s milestone 50^th anniversary year.
