The prestigious Farm Shop & Deli Retailer Awards 2026 took place on Monday 13th April in Birmingham, celebrating the best specialist food and drink retailers in the UK. These awards recognise the highest levels of service, product knowledge, initiative, innovation and community involvement.
Flourish at Farleigh Road, an independent Foodhall & Kitchen based in Norton St Philip, was a finalist for two categories and scooped up the nation-wide award for the ‘Best Food Hall and Kitchen’. Flourish also received ‘Highly Commended’ in the ‘Newcomer of the Year’ category.
The judges recognised Flourish as a business that champions British produce, sustainable sourcing and exceptional customer experience. Finalists were selected following a detailed judging programme and the final decision made from a mystery shopper visit in both the Foodhall and café.

Flourish at Farleigh Road opened its doors in November 2024, the sister site to Flourish at Glenavon Farm which opened in Saltford in 2021. In March 2025, Flourish opened its own Production Kitchen at Farleigh Road, supplying both sites with homemade scotch eggs, sausages rolls, sponge cakes, cookies and more using local ingredients.
