Are you a high energy dynamic Sales Executive with a back-round in hotel and conference event sales, with a passion for high-end event delivery?
We are seeking a dynamic Conference Venue B2B Sales Manager to maintain and drive revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Non -Residential Venues /General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our continued sales growth, ensuring every enquiry is converted into a world-class experience.
The Role
Your mission is to blend strategic sales, dynamic pricing and meticulous event co-ordination in order to maximise occupancy, revenue and repeat business. You will manage the full sales lifecycle—from the first phone call to the final invoice—ensuring our venue remains the first choice for key clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly revenue targets by pro-actively managing key accounts and maintaining a 70% repeat business rate through exceptional CRM and the conversion of new business sales opportunity, leading to increased repeat business.

Conversion & Sales: Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries, generate compelling proposals, and conduct professional site "show rounds" to convert prospects into contracted bookings.

Pipeline Management: Rigorously track daily enquiries and provisional bookings, ensuring all follow-ups meet strict deadlines and standard operating procedures.

Event Co-ordination: Liaise closely with clients to capture all requirements ahead of their event, ensuring a seamless hand-off to the broader venue team.

Yield Optimisation: Expertly manage the venue diary to ensure maximum capacity and optimal yield achievement, the venue operates at 80% occupancy and should be maintained.

Reporting & Finance: Deliver weekly and monthly sales/enquiry reports to the General Manager and prepare pro-forma invoices for the finance team.
What We’re Looking For

Proven Results: A track record of hitting monthly revenue targets and high enquiry conversion rates.

Technical Savvy: Experience with Kinetics software (or similar event management CRM) is highly desirable.

Interpersonal Excellence: A confident communicator who can build rapport quickly and solve problems on the fly.

Industry Insight: Strong business acumen and knowledge of the conference and events landscape.

Leadership Qualities: While reporting to the GM, you will demonstrate the interpersonal effectiveness required to integrate with and inspire the wider team.
