From wood-fired saunas and ice baths to yoga, breathwork, sound healing and mindful movement, the festival’s wellness programme offers a full weekend of restorative experiences in the heart of the fields. Bookings live at valleyfest.co.uk
Valley Fest has opened bookings for Fire In Your Soul, its dedicated wellness programme for this year’s festival. Bringing together a mix of saunas, ice baths, yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing and mindful workshops, the programme is designed to help festivalgoers slow down, reset and reconnect.
Set against the breathtaking Chew Valley backdrop, Valley Fest’s Fire In Your Soul has been curated as a space for both energy and stillness, offering everything from early morning movement and fitness sessions to restorative practices.
At the heart of the offering is Sivo Wellness, who will be bringing their wood-fired saunas and ice baths to the fields across the weekend. Rooted in nature and shaped by community, Sivo’s approach is simple: heat, cold, good people and fresh air. Their wood-fired saunas are designed to deliver a steady, enveloping warmth that eases tired muscles and quietens busy minds, while the ice baths offer a clear, invigorating full-body reset that sharpens focus and awakens the senses. Sauna and ice bath sessions will run daily from 9am to 3.40pm in 40-minute slots, with 12 spaces available per session.
Beyond the thermal experiences, Fire In Your Soul stretches across the whole weekend with a varied yoga programme for different bodies, moods and moments. Festivalgoers can join energising Power Yoga sessions with Seana from Feel Fit, find stillness in Somatic Yoga Flow with Ana Szopa, enjoy Gentle Hatha Yoga with Annie Leith, or lean into Valley Fest’s playful side with Peter Cann’s Laughter Yoga. There is also the festival’s distinctive Vinoyasa offering, combining yoga and wine tasting, alongside early morning “Wake up and Flow” sessions and fitness classes to start the day with purpose.

Breathwork and meditation are also central to the programme, creating space for festivalgoers to slow down and recover. Guided meditation sessions offer a gentle opportunity to breathe, notice and settle the nervous system, while breathwork sessions invite guests to explore focus, release and energy through the power of the breath. Additional sessions such as Limitless Living Breathwork add another layer to the weekend’s restorative offering, helping to create a programme that feels both grounding and expansive.
For those seeking deeper rest, Kelly Jones will lead Crystal Sound Bowl Healing sessions across the weekend, offering an immersive sensory experience designed to calm busy minds and release tension held in the body. Guests can settle in and allow the resonance of the bowls to do the work, creating a rare chance to truly switch off and land in the present moment amid the pace of festival life.
The programme also includes creative and reflective experiences such as Vision Boards and Family Constellation workshops, broadening Fire In Your Soul beyond traditional wellness activity and into a more holistic space for reflection, connection and personal reset. Together, the schedule creates a wellbeing area that is as layered and characterful as Valley Fest itself - welcoming, unpretentious and open to everyone from seasoned practitioners to curious first-timers.
Many sessions across the weekend are priced at just £10, with some free to attend, while sauna and ice bath experiences are £20 per person. Most classes have limited capacity, with many with 20 available spaces, encouraging festivalgoers to book early. Organisers have also confirmed that no under-12s are permitted in the sauna and all under-16s must be supervised by an adult over 21.
With its blend of heat and cold therapy, movement, meditation, sound and community, Fire In Your Soul adds a new dimension to Valley Fest’s weekend programme, offering festivalgoers the chance not just to let loose, but to leave feeling restored too.
