In & Beyond Bath - Bath and the Southwest

In & Beyond Bath is an award-nominated, luxury tour company offering private, small-group experiences (1–8 guests) in and around Bath, Stonehenge and the Cotswolds. We combine iconic must-sees with lesser-known hidden gems, thoughtful storytelling and carefully curated hospitality to create meaningful, personal journeys for predominantly international guests.

As demand continues to grow, we are seeking an exceptional Driver-Guide to join our team.

We’re looking for someone intelligent, warm and naturally engaging — a gifted storyteller who can bring history, landscape and culture to life in a relaxed, conversational way. You might come from education, the performing arts, a professional background, or be partially retired with a wealth of life experience. What matters most is curiosity, emotional intelligence and the ability to build genuine rapport with discerning travellers.

You must:

• Be based close to Bath
• Hold a clean UK driving licence (minimum 3 years)
• Be willing to qualify as a Wiltshire Council Private Hire Driver
• Have a strong interest in local history and culture
• Speak fluent French or Spanish (ideally both)

The ability to confidently guide in French and/or Spanish is a key priority as we expand our reach into new international markets.

This is a flexible role with part-time opportunities available. We are building a committed, values-led team who take pride in delivering experiences that are often the highlight of our guests’ time in England.
