Valley Fest has announced a new wave of artists for 2026, with Billy Nomates, Shermanology, Anais and Channel One Sound System joining the bill. Day splits are now live and tickets are on sale at valleyfest.co.uk

Returning to Chew Valley Lake from Thursday 30 July - Sunday 2 August 2026, the Somerset-based festival continues to build a cross-genre programme spanning indie, electronic, soul, folk and late-night sounds.

The new additions sit alongside previously announced acts Friendly Fires, Big Special, Cast and The Herbaliser, shaping a weekend that blends established names with emerging talent across multiple stages.

As part of this year’s programme, Greenpeace will curate and take over the Save Our Scene (SOS) Stage on Sunday. The environmental organisation will programme the stage, using the platform to spotlight its UK wildlife campaign in support of nature-friendly farmers.

The takeover line-up features Brighton hip-hop heavyweight DJ Format, legendary house pioneer DJ Paulette, Lynks (DJ Set), Gracie Friel, J. Animalism, Mr Bruce, Nuala and RuMac, alongside emerging talent including Chaka, Immi Dash and Tash Sholto, presented by Gloucestershire-based charity The Music Works.

Adam Gainsborough, Music Booker at Greenpeace added: “Festivals bring people together. That collective energy is powerful - and necessary - at a time when climate and nature action has never been more urgent. This year we’ll be celebrating our new campaign for UK wildlife, in support of nature friendly farmers. We’re excited to bring that energy to Valley Fest.”

Festival founder Luke Hasell said: “Valley Fest takes place on our family farm, so conversations around land and nature are part of everyday life here. Giving Greenpeace the SOS Stage creates space for those discussions to sit alongside the music in a way that feels natural to the setting.”

Saturday will also see The Yard Stage handed over to An Experience - the community-built, soundsystem-rooted festival known for its multi-stage celebrations of global club culture - bringing a deeper underground energy to the weekend with sets from Louise Plus 1 & Hughesee (Distant Planet), Sojebe, Anwar, Akoloa Tamboo, Steve Rice, Sambista, Isabella & Kesh.

Distinct from many UK festivals, Valley Fest takes place on the working family farm of its founder, bringing together music, food and rural culture in a Somerset lakeside setting.

Regeneration, food, comedy and ideas

For 2026, the expanded Regeneration Programme will bring together farmers, conservationists, food thinkers and climate innovators for a series of talks, panels and practical workshops exploring soil health, rewilding, sustainable fashion, climate storytelling, food systems and nature restoration.

Speakers include Transition Town founder Rob Hopkins, conservationist Derek Gow, Countryfile Podcast’s Fergus Collins, sustainable fashion advocate Amelia Twine, clinical nutritionist Eva Humphries and fungi specialists from Bristol Fungarium. Phil Hammond joins the programme with comedy sets including How Not to Die Yet and Universally Challenged, alongside interactive sessions from 6 Foot Stories.

Food and feasting remains central to the weekend, with a curated programme celebrating regional producers and sustainable food culture alongside conversations around nutrition and food systems.

Wellness and family

New for 2026, Valley Fest expands its wellness offering. In partnership with Sivo Wellness, the Valley Fest Spa will introduce wood-fired saunas, ice baths and hot tubs overlooking the Somerset hills. The programme also includes Wim Hof Method breathwork with Chris ‘Ash’ Ashworth, yoga including family sessions, guided meditation, sound healing, Reiki, sports massage and creative workshops.

The much-loved Kids and Family area returns with The Superpirates’ immersive adventures, The Colour Town Project’s roaming art space, interactive drumming with The Drum Runners, aerial hoop and silk sessions with Lima Ariel, Junior Jungle play space and a programme of storytelling and dance workshops.

Weekend tickets start from £190 plus booking fee, with combi tickets from £99 plus booking fee. Day tickets for Thursday and Sunday are also available. Full details and day splits can be found at valleyfest.co.uk.
