Join the team as Head of Operations and Finance (Maternity Cover). 🚨
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for numbers and a heart for community? We are looking for a dynamic individual to step into a pivotal role within our team.
We need someone who balances strong financial management with nurturing people management skills to help drive our mission forward in North Somerset.
💰 Salary: £40,000 (Pro Rata £24,000)
⏳ 3 days per week (22.5 hours)
📅 10–12 months fixed-term
🚀 Start Date: 7th April 2026
