Guests are served savouries such as a delicate Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Choux Bun, a truffle cream brioche roll with crisp Chicken Milanese, and a Lightly Curried Egg finger sandwich.

Warm fruited scones arrive with clotted cream, fresh strawberries, and strawberry preserve, while sweet delights include a silky Crème Brûlée with winter berry compote, miniature Chocolate Truffles with a liquid salted caramel centre, and the iconic Ivy Chocolate Bombe finished with gold flake.

With a pale-golden hue and fine bubbles, the Nyetimber Classic Cuvee is the perfect way to elevate The Ivy’s Festive Afternoon Tea and turn it into a true celebration. A sumptuous blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, the flagship multi-vintage cuvee pairs beautifully with the smoked salmon in the choux bun and the delicate flavours in the Chicken Milanese and Lightly Curried Egg finger sandwiches. Its distinctive toasty and spicy aromas palate of honey, almond, pastry and baked apples is an elegant choice to sip alongside fluffy scones and indulgent desserts.

For a lighter treat, The Ivy is also serving up a Festive Cream Tea (priced from £11.25), with fluffy scones served with clotted cream and seasonal preserve. Guests can elevate their cream tea with a glass of Nyetimber Cuvee Chérie (from £21.25 inclusive).

Set against The Ivy’s festive décor, the Ivy Afternoon Tea or Cream Tea is the perfect mid-afternoon indulgence for celebrations and gatherings.

With the festive season fast approaching, guests are encouraged to book their table here while availability lasts.
