The Ivy team will glide through the room with glasses of sparkling Laurent-Perrier to perfectly complement a specially curated menu of exquisite dishes, each course thoughtfully curated to lift spirits and ignite conversation.
Alongside the effervescent celebration, guests will enjoy a decadent menu, fitting for seeing in the new year in style. Highlights include Caviar Prawn Cocktail with marinated avocado, Twice-baked Truffle Cheese Soufflé with a rich cream sauce, and Oak Smoked Beef Tartare with Parmesan and egg yolk.
Mains bring theatre and indulgence with Tableside Lobster Linguine tossed with vine tomatoes, garlic and chilli; Sea Bass and Caviar with Laurent-Perrier Champagne and caviar velouté; and a Succulent Grilled Fillet Steak seared to perfection and laid on a bed of buttered spinach with a luxurious truffle and Calvados cream sauce. An Aubergine, Pumpkin and Truffle Pie with black rice, green lentils, roasted red pepper and a ras el hanout tomato sauce also joins the celebration.
Desserts feature The Ivy New Year Bombe with Champagne jelly, a Champagne Float of Sicilian lemon sorbet and Laurent-Perrier foam, and a decadent Tropical Rum Baba with mango and Chantilly cream.
Perfectly complimenting a menu designed for celebration, Laurent-Perrier Champagne will be just a cork-pop away throughout this year’s New Year’s Eve celebrations. Renowned for its taste and the consistency of its quality, Laurent-Perrier is the perfect choice for sipping into a prosperous and sparkling new year.
Sean Burbidge, Executive Chef at The Ivy Collection said: “Champagne has always been at the heart of celebration, and at The Ivy we believe its sparkle should be savoured beyond the toast. Our Champagne-infused dishes, perfectly paired with Laurent-Perrier, offer guests an indulgent way to celebrate – from the first sip to the final bite – as we raise a glass to the year gone by and the promise of the one to come. We invite guests to join us in toasting New Year moments from around the world and to celebrate in true Ivy style.”
