Haynes Motor Museum invites families, car lovers, and festive fun-seekers to celebrate the Christmas season in style this year.
From 20 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, visitors can enjoy a programme of holiday activities surrounded by one of the UK’s most impressive collections of cars, motorcycles, and motoring memorabilia.

Christmas Family Trail: “Elf of a Parcel Shelf!”
The Museum’s mischievous elves have found themselves stuck beneath parcel shelves, tucked into boots, and hidden among the exhibits! Track them down in this fun and interactive Christmas trail with a treat at the end.

New Exhibit: Triumph Infor Rocket Streamliner
From the Salt Flats to Somerset, an extraordinary new arrival enters the Museum: Guy Martin’s Triumph Infor Rocket Streamliner. Designed to break the world land speed record, this engineering marvel showcases cutting-edge British innovation. On display for a limited time | Included with museum entry.
Volunteer Talks: Up Close in the Red Room
Every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday throughout December, Museum volunteers will offer personal insights into their favourite vehicles in the iconic Red Room.

Scalextric Fun
Visitors of all ages can test their racing skills in our bespoke Somerset themed Scalextric track. Perfect for a little competitive cheer!
