Sunshine Hospitality is an independent group behind some of Bristol’s favourite spots — Granary, The Granary Club, Harbour House, Coal Kitchen, The Gaffe, Dareshack, and Bristol Pastry Kitchen.

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to help shape what’s next for Sunshine Hospitality. This is a 30-hour Bristol-based role, perfect for 
someone who loves hospitality, has great ideas, and wants to make a real impact across our group of vibrant venues.

You’ll plan campaigns, create standout content, build partnerships, and make sure every touchpoint — from social media to in-venue experiences — feels unmistakably Sunshine.

What you’ll do

  • Social & Content
    • Create and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond
    • Lead shoots and work with photographers, videographers, and designers
    • Stay on top of trends, new features, and what’s happening in Bristol
    • Engage with our community through comments, messages, and social replies
  • Campaigns & Strategy
    • Plan and deliver brand and seasonal campaigns across our venues
    • Manage newsletters, PR outreach, partnerships, and promotions via loyalty apps.
    • Track performance and share insights to keep improving
  • Events & Activations
    • Bring our venues to life through events, collaborations, and pop-ups
    • Oversee everything from creative planning to logistics and promotion
    • Make sure every activation feels on-brand and delivers impact
  • Partnerships & Collaborations
    • Build relationships with influencers, creators, and local brands
    • Coordinate activations that reflect the Sunshine spirit


What you’ll bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, social, or brand roles
  • Hands-on content creation skills (photo, video, copy)
  • Experience managing freelancers or creative partners
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A love for hospitality, food, and Bristol’s culture
