Longleat has been recognised as among the top 10 per cent of things to do around the world on Tripadvisor.
The Wiltshire estate which will be marking 60 years of opening the first Safari Park outside of Africa in 2026 has been recognised in the platform’s Travellers’ Choice Awards for 2025.
Simon Askew, Chief Operating Officer, said: “We are very grateful to our guests who have taken the time to leave reviews sharing their experience of a great day out.
“I am particularly proud that consistent feedback has been the “wow” factor provided by our staff whose enthusiasm and animal knowledge lifts the experience for visitors.
“Fundamental to our work is conservation, sustainability and education and bringing these together in a fun day out for people of all ages means together we are all contributing to protecting vulnerable and endangered species.”

Scott Ashman, Head of Operations, said: “Initiatives introduced in 2025 have been informed by reviews and post-visit comments, from bringing back the popular bat cave to the re-introduction of hippos.
“Plus, we are committed to being as inclusive as possible and our additions to improve accessibility with the introduction of sensory bags and signs have also been well-received.
“We are delighted to have been recognised for creating memorable days out and look forward to creating many more for people.”
Longleat’s day ticket includes all attractions on site with free parking too; small fees apply for animal feeding.
