WECIL – Trustee Recruitment - Survey

Arts Council funding has very specific requirements for Not-for-Profit Organisations on the diversity of their Trustee Boards including the representation of Disabled trustee’s. 

We are aware through our own experiences of being trustee’s that there can be many barriers to recruiting and retaining a diverse board, therefore we are creating a workshop specifically about recruiting and retaining Disabled trustees. 

To help us we would like to hear from the Culture West delivery partners to understand your experience of recruiting and retaining a diverse trustee board.
