The Wrington Vale Rotary Club is excited to announce the return of The Mendip Family Festival, taking place 29–31 August 2025 at Mendip Basecamp, near Churchill. Now in its third year, this unforgettable summer event, formerly known as the Harvest Home Festival, has grown into a highlight of the calendar, bringing families, friends and communities together for a weekend of affordable, feel-good fun.
Hosted in partnership with Mendip Activity Centre, the award-winning outdoor adventure site, this year's festival promises a packed schedule of live music with Bristol legends Doreen Doreen and an open-air Harry Potter cinema.
"We’re absolutely thrilled to be bringing the Mendip Family Festival back for its third year running!” said Nigel Oakley, President of Wrington Vale Rotary Club. “What started as a small idea has grown into an incredible end of summer celebration that brings our whole community together. Wrington Vale Rotary provides a range of initiatives in local schools that support disadvantaged children and competitions that build confidence and skills in young people.
“This is a fantastic way to raise vital funds to support these activities while having fun and making memories. We’re so grateful to be working with Mendip Activity Centre again and can’t wait to welcome everyone back for another unforgettable weekend.”
