Haynes Motor Museum is gearing up for its very first Cars ‘N’ Cracklin’ event, taking place on Friday 18 July, 6:30pm – 9:30pm.
Held onsite at the Museum in Sparkford, Somerset, this new evening event invites car and motorcycle enthusiasts to enjoy an exciting mix of standout vehicles, great food and live music.
The Museum’s large outdoor event car park will be packed with a wide variety of eye-catching cars. Owners are invited to display their pride and joys, sharing their automotive passion with like-minded enthusiasts.
Guests will enjoy a delicious slow-roasted pork or vegetarian pulled jackfruit burger as part of their ticket entry. Food will be served from 7:15pm.
Somerset's talented Indie rock cover band, Microlight, will provide live music throughout the evening, encouraging visitors to soak up the atmosphere with a drink in hand.

The excitement continues with a retro-themed showdown in the 80s and 90s-themed Museum Paddock. The confirmed lineup already features standout classics, from a Ford Escort RS Cosworth to an MG Maestro Turbo and a Mazda RX-7 FC. Attendees will cast their vote to decide the crowd favourite. Applications to enter the Paddock are still open on the Museum website.
Tickets, which include entry and food, are priced at £12.50 for adults and £9.50 for children aged 4 to 15. Children under 4 enter free (food not included). Ticket sales close on Sunday 13 July.
A second Cars ‘N’ Cracklin’ event is also scheduled for Saturday 16 August, with ticket sales closing on Thursday 7 August.
This event sits alongside the Museum's now-famous Haynes Breakfast Clubs, as well as the inaugural John Haynes Classic, a large motor show taking place on 7th September.
