On 27 and 30 May from 11am-3.30pm free face painting will be available for children (ages 3+). Located on the lawns in front of the Queen’s Garden - parents can let little ones transform themselves into brave knights, beautiful butterflies or mythical creatures as they explore the historic grounds and gardens.

Dig & Delve are returning to Sudeley this half term to bring the hugely popular wildlife themed crafting and Twig & Tale sessions! Wild & Wonderful Adventures will be taking place all day on 28 and 29 May, all day from 10:15am – 3:15pm, on the Falcoln Lawn.

Children are invited to get creative with Wildlife Crafting to create squirrel, spider, swift and sheep-themed crafts to take home with them. Supervised by the friendly team, little ones can drop in anytime and let their imagination run wild. Sessions will be running at 10:30-11:55, 12:30 – 13:55 and 14:00-15:25.

Twig & Tale Adventure Sessions will be taking place with a range of family-friendly activities, including toasting marshmallows over a fire, making nature inspired crafts and singing songs and listening to nature stories.

Families are encouraged to come and explore, create and connect with nature this May in the spectacular grounds and outdoor spaces at the Cotswolds most famous castle! Exploring the themed adventure playground, discovering the new garden exhibit ‘Ruins to Revival’ and beautiful gardens, and making the most of their visit with Sudeley’s 30 days for the price of one return offer. Allowing as many return visits as they wish within 30 days, from the day that they purchase a ticket, and all May Half term activities are included with admission.

Delicious treats can be purchased from the Pavillion Café and the new Shepherds Hut. The Pavillion Café will also be offering a self-service on entrance and exit to the castle, including a brand-new ice cream parlour for those warmer days. The all-new Shepherd’s Hut is located in a charming new spot by The Castle Terrace, serving delicious light bites and refreshments, with plenty of outdoor seating.
