Flourish Foodhall & Kitchen has been announced as one of Speciality Food Magazine’s ‘Top 20 Food Halls to Visit in Britain’ in an article published on 19 May 2025. After being voted ‘Bristol’s Best Farm Shop’ by Bristol Live readers, Flourish continues to serve food and drink that is high-quality, seasonal and locally and sustainably produced where possible.

One of the UK’s only B Corp retailers, Flourish was recognised alongside London-based luxury retailers Selfridges and Fortnum & Mason as well as a number of foodie destinations across Britain. Flourish was described as “heavily invested in doing good – by its staff (who love working there)” highlighting products that are not only delicious and great value, but great for people and planet. Speciality Food Magazine is a must-read for farm shops, delis and food halls in the UK – the largest circulated fine food trade title revealing the latest trends and insights.

Flourish’s first site, Glenavon Farm, opened in Saltford in 2021 as a people and planet-focused destination to eat and shop. Since then, Flourish has expanded into Home & Lifestyle in 2022, a Pottery Painting Barn in 2023 and transformed Farleigh Road Farm Shop in just 4 months into Flourish at Farleigh Road which opened its doors in November 2024. In March 2025, Flourish opened its own Production Kitchen supplying both sites with homemade scotch eggs, sausage rolls, sponge cakes, cookies and more using local ingredients.

Paul Castle, Flourish Managing Director, said: “This is a real honour to be listed next to such brilliant food halls across the country. At Flourish, we always look to stock products that have people and planet at its heart. We aim to meet both the everyday needs of our customers and also be a treat destination for those looking for something special. The article has been a huge boost to the team and we are thrilled to be mentioned”
