Bristol Beacon is turning up the volume on love with a new wedding offering designed for music-loving couples.
In an exclusive collaboration with celebrated Bristol jeweller Diana Porter, five lucky couples will receive bespoke rings with personalised details and unique discounts - plus the chance to say ‘I do’ on the same stages where music legends once performed.

Diana Porter’s Park Street studio, now proudly employee-owned, carries on her legacy of ethical sourcing and storytelling through jewellery. Known for their meaningful modern pieces, often incorporating family heirlooms and sentimental stones, their process gives couples the chance to co-create rings that reflect their unique journey.
For couples looking to weave their personal love story into every detail - this partnership offers the next five couples who book their wedding at Bristol Beacon an exclusive 25% discount from Diana Porter’s jewellery collection as well as bespoke pieces. The first couple will also receive a personal engraving of their choice, such as a special name or date on the jewellery item.
Every ring tells a story - and now, thanks to this unique partnership, couples marrying at Bristol Beacon in 2025 can craft their own, working with the Diana Porter studio to design a timeless piece of jewellery from start to finish, with a special discount to mark the occasion.
Bristol Beacon offers an extraordinary setting for couples seeking a wedding experience beyond the ordinary. Combining historic architecture with contemporary design, the venue offers an inspiring setting for music enthusiasts and creatives alike - allowing couples to say ‘I do’ in a venue made for celebration and artistry. With in-house catering and a technical team experienced in delivering large-scale live events, the venue is well-equipped to create bespoke celebrations.
Naomi Easy, Head of Business Development at Bristol Beacon, said: “We know that Bristol Beacon is a special place for so many couples who either met here or have shared special music memories over the years and it's such a joy to be able to offer our spaces for their big day and for it to be preserved forever in a unique piece of jewellery. We got to know Diana personally before she sadly passed away and this partnership was a natural alignment, driven by a love of the arts and shared values of sustainability, inclusion and community engagement.”
The late Diana Porter was a passionate advocate for the arts in Bristol, cycling the city in years gone by selling tickets to concerts from her bike; championing Bristol Beacon and the city’s arts scene for decades after.
Jess Robinson from Diana Porter said: “Diana was an art-lover and pioneer – committed to ethical sourcing, she was one of the first designers in the UK to produce a full collection in fairtrade gold and she created partnership rings for same-sex couples from the very beginning of her business. This partnership is a tribute to her love of the arts, uniting two organisations with a shared vision for a continuing inclusive and creative city.”
Recently married couple Joe and Joanna Smallman said: “We feel so lucky to have had our wedding at such an amazing and iconic venue. Being music lovers, we are planning to book a gig here around the date of our anniversary every year (no matter who/what is playing!). We know Bristol Beacon will be here for years to come, providing amazing events for the people of Bristol as well as supporting the community through their charity, and we hope that many more happy couples enjoy having their weddings here.”
Alongside Diana Porter, Bristol florist Les Fleurs are also joining as a Bristol Beacon wedding partner and offering the same five couples a personalised flower consultation and a 10% discount on their wedding flowers.
