The National Burger Award winners will be serving their much-loved burgers and fries from a new permanent kitchen, located in the beer garden at Wiper and True’s Taproom in Old Market.

The collaboration sees these two independent Bristol brands joining forces over their passion for bold flavours and exceptional quality.

Michael Wiper, Wiper and True’s founder comments: “We’re delighted to have the Squeezed team onboard with us as our permanent food partner at The Taproom. This is a collaboration of dreams - delicious burgers and Beautiful Beer? You really can’t get much better than that.”

The Squeezed menu is considered and concise, with rotating specials offering customers something different and exciting every couple of weeks. You can of course expect to see the Squeezed cult classic, the St. Werburger on the menu, as well as a vegetarian and vegan dish. All of this can be enjoyed with a super-fresh pint of Wiper and True beer, brewed metres away from your seat.

The Squeezed kitchen is open now, with their trading hours located on the Wiper and True website.

Wiper and True is a multi-award-winning independent craft brewery based in Bristol, focused on creating refined, carefully considered beer in the most sustainable way possible. Having been brewing for over a decade, the brand is known for carefully sourcing its ingredients, and using a custom-engineered, German-designed brew kit to achieve technical precision and consistency. In 2024 the business was crowned ‘Brewery of the Year’.
