The family-run Italian restaurant group San Carlo has announced the launch of its summer menus.
Available from the end of April, the new summer menu showcases a refined selection of Italian-inspired dishes with a strong focus on fresh seafood, premium meats, and vibrant seasonal ingredients that San Carlo is renowned for, plus some show-stopping new additions.
Dishes on offer will vary between San Carlo’s 25 UK sites. At San Carlo’s flagship restaurants, including San Carlo Bristol, a new range of Antipasti and Secondi dishes have been launched.

Outside of San Carlo’s flagship restaurants, the brand has a collection of outstanding dining concepts in multiple locations, including Cicchetti. Cicchetti’s approach to food is simple. Originating from Venice, the Cicchetti experience celebrates one of the most enjoyable aspects of Venetian life – eating. Diners are encouraged to create their own meal from the Cicchetti menu by ordering multiple plates to share, or eat alone. Diners can enjoy the new menu at London sites including Cicchetti Piccadilly, Cicchetti Covent Garden, Ciccaro, and Fumo Covent Garden.

One of the new show-stopping additions is the Tagliolini Crab, which comes highly recommended by San Carlo’s chefs. The dish features freshly made tagliolini pasta with handpicked crab, tomato, saffron & a touch of cream - the perfect meal to enjoy on one of San Carlo’s stunning outdoor terraces on a summer’s evening.

The launch of the summer menu for 2025 is latest news from the San Carlo restaurant group that opened its first restaurant in 1992 on Temple Street, Birmingham. Now a £100M award-winning family-run restaurant group, San Carlo has 25 authentic Italian restaurants across the UK. Through its growth, San Carlo has remained rooted in its heritage. First launched by Sicilian-born Carlo Distefano, it is still joined by two generations of the family and is popular for its traditional style by families and celebrities alike.
Marcello Distefano, Managing Director at San Carlo Group, commented: “This summer, we’ve crafted a menu that celebrates the very best of the season — from the freshest seafood to premium cuts and bold, sun-drenched flavours. It’s a true taste of Italian summer, the San Carlo way.”
