The British Educational Travel Association (BETA) has proudly announced that its 2024 Youth & Student Travel Summit is heading to Bristol and Bath, and will offer a packed schedule of panels, discussions, networking and B2B meetings for the youth, student and educational travel sector.

Hosted in the iconic South West of England, the location has been selected based on its exciting mix of experiences for visitors of all ages, along with BETA’s commitment to creating a greater dispersal of youth, student and educational travellers across the UK.

In a recent study by StudentUniverse, 93% of youth travellers said they would return to a destination where they had a positive experience, so the long-term value to destinations targeting this type of traveller is felt over a lifetime - and with 23% of all international arrivals attributed to young travellers, this is a sector that needs to be nurtured and understood for its influence, economic value and soft power.
