Trigger are looking for an exceptional and reliable Interim Executive Director (Maternity Leave) to join the team in a fixed-term post for 12-months.

This is a key role at Trigger and working closely with the Creative Director & Joint CEO Angie Bual, you will lead their committed and passionate staff team and oversee the company’s programme across a variety of artforms. 

This is an exciting time to join Trigger with a bold and ambitious programme of work planned for 2024/25 including The Hatchling at Wakefield’s Year of Culture, the world premiere of Ground at Brighton International Festival and TEABREAK touring UK festivals this summer. 

The role is full time and is based in the idyllic location of the Mendip Hills in North Somerset. Trigger offers a generous flexible working policy including ‘Flexi-Friday’s’ and working from home on Mondays, plus an annual training and development programme for all staff.

SALARY: £60,000 per annum

CONTRACT: Full-Time, fixed term contract for 12 months, ideally September 2024 – September 2025.

ANNUAL LEAVE: 25 days holiday per annum + UK bank holidays. 

PENSION: 3% employer contribution

WORKING HOURS: Standard 40 hours (including lunch break) per week (usual office hours 9am-5pm). Due to the nature of the role, some evening or weekend work may be required and Trigger offer a TOIL policy.
