About the role: 

This job is five days a week (40 hours a week)

The role is very exciting and varied, with no two days the same. You will be event managing blue chip corporate offsites, family celebrations and exclusive use weddings, as well as our hotel events, such as their regular Friday night DJ events on the garden terrace, summer garden parties, prestigious wine dinners... and not forgetting their Christmas and New Year's Eve parties!

Reporting to the Sales & Events Manager, you will handle meeting, event and wedding enquiries, liaising with clients on all details and producing information to share with the rest of the hotel to ensure the smooth running & success of all events.

Required skills: 

  • You must have excellent communication skills and be able to develop relationships with all of clients.
  • Applicants will have to be organised, have good time management skills and great attention to detail.
  • Experience of Opera S&C is essential.
  • Applicants will have to be well organised, have the ability to manage themselves independently and great attention to detail (you must also be capable of working under pressure to deadlines and targets).
