Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm are looking to recruit a friendly, motivated individual to join their Visitor Operations team as a Park Ranger on a seasonal part-time basis.
You will thrive in a busy, customer-facing team and help with the day to day running of the award-winning zoo.
Responsibilities will include:
- Helping visitors enjoy their day by being friendly, approachable, and responding to questions.
- Keeping play areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Keeping the site clean and tidy.
- General janitorial duties.
- Working in the ticket office and welcome team on a regular basis.
We are looking for individuals that have a flair for providing outstanding customer service. You will be enthusiastic and enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.
About you:
- You will be a friendly, outgoing, and charismatic individual that enjoys working outside with members of the public.
- Experience of customer service in retail, leisure, or hospitality.
- That you have high cleaning standards.
- A full current manual driving licence.
- Good team player with a flexible can-do attitude.
Work pattern:
This role is seasonal, working 3 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from March 2024 – October 2024. Working hours: 8am – 5pm.
Salary: £10.42 per hour (rising to £11.44 in April 2024).
