Visitor Experience Team Member at We The Curious

About the role: 

The Visitor Experience Assistant role represents the welcoming face for We The Curious.

You will be based mainly in the foyer and the gift shop, and as such you will be supporting visitors from their first to their final interaction with us, ensuring they have the best time possible.​ ​

Responsibilities will range from welcoming visitors through the front doors, answering queries at the front desk, and delivering excellent customer service in the shop. ​ ​

Key details:

Salary: £10.90 per hour starting salary, rising to £11.11 per hour after passing probation, and £11.40 per hour upon completion of progression milestones.​

Contract: 18 months fixed term 

Working hours: Contracts available are 22.5, 30, and 37.5 hours per week. You can let the team know which hours you'd prefer in your application.
