The award celebrates a property that has demonstrated innovation and resilience across the last 12 months, working to improvefacilities, retain and attract valuable staff and grow their businesses.


Under the leadership of General Manager, Lorraine Jarvie, The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa in Bath, has made significant investments of £1.2M in the property this year. This includes the refurbishment of its 11 suites and a selection of rooms, a complete refurbishment of the 3AA Rosette restaurant, Montagu’s Mews, plus the entire front of house, in addition to the launch of the new outdoor terrace.

The Boutique Hotelier Awards 2023 took place on 16 October, at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel in London with propertiesrepresented across the UK.
