Take your seats as Miniature Travelling Circus brings puppetry and magic to The Egg, followed by a contemporary fairy tale adventure with Baby Yaga.

Miniature Travelling Circus, a new performance presented by Little Angel Theatre, visits The Egg from Thursday 19 to Sunday 22 October. Younger children aged 3 years and over will be delighted by puppetry and magic tricks as they follow George the ringmaster who has a challenge on his hands with his new programme of acts, which are more bedazzling than ever. Awarded five stars by The Stage and described as a “wonderful family outing” by actor, Benedict Cumberbatch, Little Angel Theatre is “nothing less than an icon of North London childhood” (Time Out).

Baba Yaga, by Laura Lindow, is a contemporary fairy tale adventure inspired by the Slavic stories of Baba Yaga, presented by Theatre Hullabaloo and Theatre Porto. Touring to The Egg from Tuesday 24 to Thursday 26 October, this new physical theatre production combined with a musical score, celebrates the bravery of children, as audiences aged 6 years and over, journey with a brother and sister forced to flee their home, who find themselves in a whole new place.

Chief Executive Officer of Theatre Hullabaloo, Ben Dickenson said:

“We are excited to take children in Bath on an extraordinary journey with us. There will be lots of movement, fantastic music and epic storytelling. Baba Yaga is a well-known Slavic tale about change and courage, and we are putting children right at the heart of it in a way that will entertain and enthral them - we can’t wait to share it with you.”
