This festive extravaganza about the lonely Princess with the super hair trapped in a tower but longing for a life of adventure will keep audiences of all ages amused, entertained and enthralled. RAPUNZEL promises to be the most spectacular ever staged at The Redgrave with stunning scenery, dazzling costumes and some special Christmas magic including a flying jet pack!

Back by popular demand is the hilarious VINCE WILLIAMS as Dame Betty Bouffant and West End leading lady AMANDA BOARD SALMON who this year is swapping good for evil as she plays the villainous GOTHEL. Joining them is EMILY COCHRANE as Rapunzel, ALISTER WILMOTT as Loopy Louie, HANNAH RACHAEL as Fairy Sunshine, JULIAN CHARLES as King Crumble and SCOTT HOWLETT as Flynn. The show will also feature professional dancers, Karma the Chameleon and loads of audience participation.

This year there is a specially adapted Relaxed Performance on Wednesday 27 December at 11am. Relaxed performances are specifically designed to welcome people who will benefit from a more relaxed performance environment - including those audience members with sensory and communication needs, or those that like to learn in different ways.

The performance will have a relaxed attitude to noise and movement, with changes made to the light and sound including no flashing lights or pyrotechnics so the show will be suitable for those with light sensitive epilepsy and other sensitivity issues.

There is also a BSL signed performance on Monday 18t December at 6pm.

Performances run from Tuesday 12 December – Sunday 31 December and there are excellent discounts for schools, family tickets and party bookings.  To book your tickets call the box office on 0117 315 7800 or visit www.redgravetheatre.com
