This month, Broadmead Business Improvement District (BID) levy payers have been voting to decide if the BID should continue for a fifth five-year term.

The anonymous ballot closed at 5pm on Thursday 28 September, and the team are delighted to announce that not only did they achieve a YES vote, but also secured their strongest ever mandate, with 79% of votes cast in favour and 82% by rateable value.

The BID's fifth term will now commence on 1 November 2023 and run until 31 October 2028. This makes Broadmead BID just the sixth Business Improvement District in the UK to reach this milestone.

The BID team would like to thank all those who supported them. Viv, Sophie, and Morgane, along with their Retail Support Manager Andrew, are looking forward to working with all businesses to deliver their new five-year business plan, to which many levy-payers contributed.
