Today, Boutique Hotelier has announced who has made the shortlists for all 14 categories covering the best hotels, products and staff in the hospitality industry.

The awards ceremony will be held on the first night of the Independent Hotel Show on 16 October at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel in London, close to the Olympia exhibition centre, making it easy for hoteliers to attend.
