Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the talented culinary team to create and execute an innovative menu that exceeds guest expectations.
Take charge of a designated section, ensuring the consistent preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to the highest standards and to spec.
Supervise and mentor junior members of the kitchen team, assisting in their development and growth.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation in your area of responsibility, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Contribute to stock management, including ordering, receiving, and storing ingredients, while minimising waste.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques, flavours, and ingredients into your culinary creations.
Maintain effective communication and cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong track record as a Demi Chef de Partie, showcasing exceptional culinary skills.
A deep passion for culinary arts, combined with a creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and flavours, with the ability to create and execute exceptional dishes.
Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor junior team members.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
