Bath Comedy is thrilled to announce an exhilarating two-week festival of handpicked Edinburgh Preview comedy shows, set to take place in the last two weeks of July.

This festival promises to be a laughter-filled extravaganza, featuring 22 exceptional comedy performances in a 50-seater venue at the Hop Pole pub, providing an unforgettable intimate experience for comedy enthusiasts and festival-goers alike.

The festival, set to run from Monday 17 to Saturday 29 July, will showcase a carefully curated selection of Edinburgh Preview comedy shows, highlighting some of the most talented and sought-after comedians from across the UK. These previews offer audiences a sneak peek at the latest material from established acts and up-and-coming stars before they hit the iconic Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

The Hop Pole venue, chosen specifically to create an up-close and personal atmosphere, will immerse attendees in the unique energy and wit of each performance. Audiences can expect an array of comedic styles, and with each show lasting approximately 60 minutes, the festival presents an ideal opportunity to experience a diverse range of comedy talent in one location.

Nick Steel, Director of Bath Comedy, said: "We have handpicked an incredible line-up of comedians who are primed to deliver some uproarious entertainment and guaranteed laughs. Whether you're a comedy connoisseur or simply seeking a night out, our mini-Edinburgh festival offers an unmissable opportunity to experience the best previews of Fringe comedy in a cosy and intimate setting."

Featured artists: Freya Mallard, Stuart Goldsmith, Janine Harouni, Dan Tiernan, Nabil Abdulrashid, Fiona Allen, Larry Dean, Horatio Gould, Aideen McQueen, Samantha Day, Alex Kitson, Nick Doody, Dave Chawner, David Hoare, Sam Michael, Adam Flood, Ben Harrington, Matt Price, Sachin Kumarendrum, Eva Bindeman, Rosie Holt and Ronnie Golden.
