Coronation Garden Party at the Royal Crescent Hotel – 5 May 2023
Celebrate the Coronation of His Majesty, King Charles III in the gardens of The Royal Crescent Hotel and Spa, accompanied by a jazz band, lawn games and the glorious scent of Highgrove Bouquet by Penhaligon's Perfumers. Guests will be served Afternoon Tea, with patisseries delicately flavoured with notes from Highgrove Bouquet - a new perfume created by Penhaligon's in partnership with King Charles III to evoke a floral Summer in his Cotswold Gardens. The hotel’s Pastry Chef will be judging a junior bakers, 'best royally themed' cake competition. Young chefs should bring their own cake to be judged and the winner will receive a £50 book token from Mr B's Emporium. Guests will also receive a Penhaligon's Gift Bag to take home, including scented gifts and a signature printed scarf. £95 per person, £30 for children.

Bath Abbey Coronation Events: 5 – 8 May 2023
A Royal Celebration Concert will take place in Bath Abbey on Friday 5 May, while the Coronation will be broadcast live on Saturday 6 finishing with a Coronation Peel rung at the end of the service. All the services in the Abbey on Sunday 7 will have a Coronation theme. The 3.30pm service will be a special Coronation Choral Evensong. Finally Bath Abbey will hold a drop-in family craft activity on Monday 8 May.
