The naturally fast food brand LEON has announced that it will open its first restaurant in the South West on an iconic Bath shopping street.

The restaurant, set to open on 23 March, is located on Stall Street, opposite the famous Roman Baths and housed in celebrated Bath architecture under a Roman arch.

Situated in a busy prime city centre location, the Bath high street restaurant will be weighted towards grab-and-go. To enable a seamless omnichannel experience, this restaurant will be digital-first with kiosks for digital ordering and payments.

Guests will find all the usual LEON favourites on the menu such as Rice Boxes filled with Italian brown rice, fresh herbs and a protein of your choice, Gluten-Free Chicken Nuggets made with 100% chicken thigh and coated in a crispy gluten-free crumb, Grilled Khobez Wraps, and iconic baked “criss-cut” waffle fries.

Start the day with a toasted sourdough muffin, freshly poached egg pots and fairtrade, organic coffee which for every 7 cups sold saves 1m2 of the Peruvian rainforest. Big on taste and value, guests can also find an array of breakfast and lunchtime meal deals including the new £3.99 Rice Pot & Drink offer.

At 160.8 sq/m, the restaurant will feature 16 indoor seats for guests to dine in and enjoy their meals. A further eight outdoor seats are available for guests to soak up the city sites as they eat.

Food will also be delivered to customers’ doorsteps from the store via local delivery partners such as Deliveroo, Uber and Just Eat.

To celebrate the opening of the Bath restaurant, LEON will be offering the first 100 guests breakfast on the house and a further 50% off for all guests throughout the rest of the day.

Glenn Edwards, Managing Director said: "We are delighted to be opening our first LEON in Bath, a city so loved by locals and tourists alike. Celebrated as the original home of wellbeing we are delighted to bring our Naturally Fast Food to Bath and continue with our mission to help even more people eat well, live well and be kind to the planet."

The Bath opening represents yet more expansion outside of London for LEON and keeps LEON steady on its track to bring Naturally Fast Food to even more people across the UK.

LEON is proud to have created 29 jobs with this new opening, and has recruited for both full and part-time positions.
