The Edible Art Patisserie Macaron Boutique will be launching a pop-up on ground floor at Harvey Nichols Bristol and offering 24 flavours of macarons including six exclusives, from Saturday 18th March.

Edible Art Patisserie are market leaders in modern patisserie within the UK, offering an array of unique and delicious creations which taste even better than they look. Owned by top pastry chef, Damien Wager, Edible Art are paving the way for a new wave of patisserie within the UK; combining classic French techniques with modern American methods to create eye-catching desserts.

Following the success of his first published book, ‘Edible Art’, the flagship ‘Edible Art Patisserie’ opened in Cheltenham in August 2020 and was quickly followed by a second store in Bath.

Damien comments: “We are proud to launch within Harvey Nichols Bristol where we will be offering 24 flavours of macarons every day within our ‘Macaron Boutique’. Being located within this prestigious establishment is an honour and we cannot wait to showcase what we do alongside other distinguished brands.”

The six flavours bespoke to the Bristol pop-up are inspired by much-loved Harvey Nichols Foodmarket and Wine Shop products, including Harvey Nichols Premier Cru Champagne, Whisky Orange Marmalade and Lemon Curd. Further exclusive flavours include Toasted Mallow, Sea Salt Caramel and Cherry & Amaretto.

The Edible Art Patisserie Macaron Boutique will open from Saturday 18th March during store opening hours, Sunday: 11am – 5pm, Monday to Wednesday: 10am - 6pm and Thursday to Saturday: 10am – 7pm.
