The online marketplace All About The Cooks is returning to Kitchen by KASK on 29 March for more home-cooked magic. North Street’s ever changing dining hall is hosting two home-cooks from the city to share their love of good food. Home-perfected and unbeatable in authenticity and flavours, guests can expand the cuisine horizons and indulge on a three course meal made local and with love.

Founded in Bristol and nick-named ‘Etsy for food’, All About The Cooks is bringing its pop-up supper clubs back to Kitchen by KASK after a sell out first series. With local home cooks at its core, All About The Cooks is hungry to share international menus with Bristol locals and give them a taste of the amazing dishes being prepared right here in the city; with KASK wine curating a delectable drinks-pairing. 

Combining tastes of European cuisine with some of those from Western Asia, Dino’s Balkan Bites prepared by Dino and Stela will be sharing their specialty dishes with guests on Wednesday 29 March. Serving up small fresh bread rolls, Kiflice and Mezze filled with Bosnian cured meats, cheeses, sweet Ajvar and pickles with a vegetarian option available for all courses. Food lovers can look forward to crispy Burek and spring zeljanica rolls with nettles and wild garlic and a refreshing seasonal green salad for the main dish, followed by sour cherry and classic baklava with quince compote and cream to finish. 

For diners who can’t get enough of new and exciting flavours, Fat Rice will be popping up at Kitchen by KASK from Thursday 30 March to Saturday 1 April. Shaking things up, they are serving family sharing plates with a selection of both meat and vegan options of Malaysian comfort food. The menu includes Fat Rice’s famous Hainanese Chicken with seasoned soy and fragrant oil, Tau Yew Bak braised pork belly with savoury shiitake mushrooms (a personal take of KFC- spicy Kunyit Fried Chicken marinated in an array of spices).
