One of Bristol’s largest and most versatile venues will be transporting revellers back to the 1920's this Valentine’s week, with a brand new immersive drinking and dining experience.

Bristol Propyard Rendezvous
Rendezvous is the latest creative concept from the team at Propyard, and will bring a taste of the fun, romance and debauchery of the Prohibition era to Bristol for just over one week this February. The team will be winding back the clock a hundred years to 1923, and will be transforming their iconic Crane Room into an immersive experience, complete with French cuisine, a Speakeasy cocktail bar and live music and performance, bringing the roaring 20’s to the 2020s, all while providing a unique alternative to a standard Valentine's restaurant experience.

Kicking off on Friday 10th February, Rendezvous will run for five nights across Valentine’s week, with live music from Jack Calloway and The Midnight Creepers as well as walkabout actors, performers and a DJ throughout each evening. The decor will be evocative of The Great Gatsby and Moulin Rouge, bringing a slice of vintage glamour to the occasion, and diners will be able to indulge in a specially created three course menu, inspired by the Bohemian French Bistros of 1920's Paris. And true to Prohibition tradition, Rendezvous will house its very own secret Speakeasy cocktail bar, The Nip & Tipple, where guests can sip on classic cocktails such as the French 75, Sidecar or Absinthe Sour. Whilst Rendezvous will run across Valentine’s week it’s by no means purely for couples, with tables available for groups of everyone from two people up to eight guests, with all dietary requirements catered for.

Speaking about this unique new experience, Head of Programming at Propyard Sam Watts said:  “Propyard is such a versatile space and we love exploring immersive experiences. The 1920’s, when looked back on from the 2020’s can evoke so much fun, debauchery and excitement and we look forward to transforming our Crane Room into an extra special evening of dining, music, fun and frivolity.”

Rendezvous will run from 6pm until midnight for five nights throughout February; Fri 10th Feb, Sat 11th Feb, Tues 14th Feb, Fri 17th Feb and Sat 18th Feb, and tickets are now available to purchase on Propyard’s website here. Tickets are £59 per person, which includes a three course seated dinner, a welcome drink and all night entertainment.
