Just three weeks remain until the new festival brings together venues, hotels, therapists and practitioners for a celebration of wellbeing across the UK’s premier spa city, from the 7 – 25 February 2023.

Rebalance Bath is focused around the seven pillars of wellness, and will present a range of physical and mental wellbeing activities, alongside a programme of exciting special events.

The festival’s ambassador, Amy Williams MBE, Olympic champion, author, and local Bath resident has selected a range of highlights for attendees to look out for, from talks with distinguished guest speakers to fun, wellbeing-themed activities taking place throughout the festival period.

Amy’s highlights include Laughter Yoga at the Soul Spa, Arron Collins-Thomas’ Men’s Mental Health talk at The Elder, the Dance Fitness Fiesta at Komedia Bath, local guide Fred Mawer’s Great Spa Town walking tour, Spiritual Movement and Meditation at Bath Abbey, and many more.

Amy also encourages festival-goers to join her at several events: “I will be at Topping & Company Booksellers on Monday 20 February to talk about my new book Talent to Triumph: How Athletes turn Potential into High Performance. On Wednesday 22 I will be at Rengen House where I will talk about the importance of posture to feel more confident – a privileged moment to focus on yourself while treating yourself to tiny pastries, and I will also be hosting an exclusive fine-dining experience at The Elder Restaurant on Friday 24 February. I look forward to meeting you!”

ReBalance attendees can stay for a while in Bath thanks to tempting deals at some of the city’s acclaimed hotels and attractions, such as The Francis Hotel’s Thermae Bath Spa package, featuring a two-night stay at the hotel, a two-hour session at the spa, and afternoon tea. The Queensberry Hotel are also getting into the spirit with their ReBalance Bath offer, allowing guests to experience a sumptuous room, a four-course vegan or vegetarian menu crafted by Michelin-starred chef Chris Cleghorn at the hotel’s Olive Tree Restaurant, and breakfast the following morning.
