– Popular Clifton bar, Brace & Browns, has been revealed as the first UK location outside of London serving up Pasta Dreams by Jamie Oliver as the brand expands. Bristolians can now order from the delicious Italian-inspired menu via click and collect, as well as on Uber Eats and other major delivery platforms.

Pasta Dreams showcases Jamie’s twists on some of the UK’s favourite pasta dishes. There is  a selection of handmade fresh pasta, filled shapes and epic bakes, featuring the likes of mezze maniche, spaghetti alla chitarra, gnocchi, casarecce and stuffed pastas. From ‘Carta Di Musica’ Sardinian crackers, Cacio ⨉ Carbonara bowls and Margarita Gnocchi, through to vibrant salads and tiramisu jars, the new menu has plenty to satisfy and includes plant-based options.

The world-renowned chef, food campaigner and cookbook author teamed up with Taster, the delivery-first restaurant group, earlier this year. Jamie and Taster were intent on resolving a persistent problem for foodies – delivery-perfect pasta. They tested different blends of flour, experimented with egg content and tried countless pasta shapes and sauce combinations until they found the perfect mix. The final Pasta Dreams menu features seven signature dishes that retain their heat and texture during delivery and are made with carefully-sourced ingredients, to deliver maximum flavour.

Pasta Dreams initially launched at pop-up locations in Soho and Paris last month, with Brace & Browns becoming the first Pasta Dreams franchise partner. The brand will continue to expand into more franchise locations across the UK, with the aim of becoming the number-one pasta-delivery brand.

Jamie Oliver, chef, restaurateur and cookbook author, said: “Launching Pasta Dreams with Taster has been amazing, and I’m so pleased to be bringing our delicious menu to beautiful Bristol. We’ve worked really hard to make sure that every dish on the menu is perfect for delivery and will leave you feeling like you’ve had a great big hug. This menu features some of my favourite pasta dishes and we’ll be bringing even more to the menu soon. Enjoy!”

Dave Brown, owner of Brace & Browns, said: “Jamie’s one of the world's best-known chefs, so when we heard about Pasta Dreams it was a no-brainer for us. Since we started working with Taster earlier this year to prepare a couple of their other fantastic brands, we’ve been really impressed by how they operate and the support we’ve received. We’re loving being part of the booming delivery market and we’re really excited to be bringing this delicious menu to Bristol.”

Anton Soulier, CEO and founder of Taster, said: “It’s been a total pleasure working so closely with Jamie and his team to dream up iconic pasta dishes for delivery. He is the perfect partner for us because we share a belief that everyone should have access to high-quality delicious food, wherever they are. Through Pasta Dreams we want to redefine how people view and experience food designed for delivery - we’re really excited that Bristol is our first location outside of London for Pasta Dreams and we’re looking forward to bringing the brand to more cities very soon”.
