The Cleveland Pools, Britain’s oldest lido dating back over 200 years, is set to open once again! Restoration to make the facility fit for the future has started, to create a unique open-air public swimming pool, with the energy for heating the water coming from heat pumps in the adjacent river.

Iford Jazz Festival 
22 - 24 July 2022
Immerse yourself in idyllic Iford on the outskirts of Bath with a series of jazz concerts in the garden, cloister and the Archery Ground across the river. Torchlit Summer Evenings at the Roman Baths

By the light of flickering torches, walk on 2000-year-old pavements and take in the magical atmosphere for an unforgettable and unique experience. Bath Carnival

Bringing carnival to the streets of Bath, this year’s theme will be natural habitats so expect a rainbow of vibrant colour, amazing creatures and optical illusions. The festival starts in Sydney Gardens at 10am and The Parade commences at 3pm with an after party at Komedia later in the evening.

Explore the world of Mary Shelley and her infamous creation at this world-first attraction which is celebrating it’s one year anniversary July 19. Find and return one of several copies of the novel placed across the city to the attraction to win a bespoke prize plus your own copy of the infamous book.
