The West's leading food & drink brands are responding to issues such as retaining staff, rising costs and staying true to values in times of change.

Local consultancy Assembly West is inviting founders to discuss the choices and challenges that have shaped their brands: what they've learned, and what good business means to them. The event will take place at the Hen & Chicken in Bedminster on the 5th July.

Anyone interested in what 'good' or 'purpose' business looks like in practice can join the discussion and explain what's important to them.

Speakers at the event will include:

Dominic Borel, co-owner, Bianchi Group. (Home of Pasta Loco, Pasta Ripiena, Bianchis Restaurant & Pizza Bianchi.)

Anna Herbert. Marketing Director, Hobbs House Bakery.

Paul Castle. Founder, Flourish Foodhall & Kitchen.

Sam Burrrows. Managing Director, Bristol Beer Factory.

Maria Knowles. Co-owner, New Bristol Brewery.

Toby Howkins, Business Growth Manager at WECA, who will be introducing the Good Employment Charter.

The event will also provide opportunities for discussion and networking. For further details and to register, please visit the Purpose in Practice event homepage here
