Packed with drama, romance and big laughs, Closer Each Day: The Improvised Soap Opera has been performed fortnightly at The Wardrobe Theatre by Closer Each Day Company for over 11 years. In that time the show has featured over 50 characters, 3 weddings, 5 births, 2 murders, affairs, elections, prison-breaks, flashbacks, ghosts, cults, brain-transplants, countless romances and a referendum!

The bicentennial show will be a double-length spectacular with special guests, fan memorabilia and exciting surprises! And the celebrations will stretch across the summer during the entire season from 23 May to 1 August.

Hilarious and heartfelt, Closer Each Day: The Improvised Soap Opera has absolutely no script, making every performance utterly unique with an electric atmosphere. Think Eastenders meets The League of Gentlemen, via Love Island. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a binge-watcher, come and share the discovery with us!
