• How to support a person who is struggling due to their neurodivergence – Imposter syndrome, rejection sensitivity disorder, memory challenges/distraction, over stimulation, burnt out, addiction.

• Addiction and neuro diversity - The powder keg of neurodivergent people, hospitality, and addiction

• How new technology for systems can both help and hinder neurodivergent people – What you should consider before investing in new technologies for the wider team.

• What to do if you think you or a team member is neuro divergent.
