About

A modern distillery inspired by the city it calls home

Gins made by The Spirit of Bristol are bold, creative and full of personality.

Each gin is crafted using the traditional one-shot method, where botanicals are steeped and distilled together in a single run. The result? Spirits with real depth, balance and integrity - made for those who value authenticity and taste.

The lineup’s pure Bristol - full of character and local flair. There’s crisp and citrusy London Dry, the smooth, floral Clifton Royale, the bold and peppery Hotwells Spice and the full-bodied Harbourside Navy Strength, bottled at a hearty 58%. However you pour it, in a classic cocktail or straight up - every sip captures Bristol’s character and craft in perfect balance.

Sustainability

Sustainability is at the heart of the distillery, from locally sourced packaging and Bristol-based suppliers to responsible overseas shipping. Every decision reflects not just the city’s creativity but its conscience.

Vibrant, ethical and uncompromising on quality, The Spirit of Bristol is more than gin. It’s Bristol in a glass.
