Bath favourite Snow Mouse has returned to The Egg at the Theatre Royal Bath for an incredible 7th year. An enchanting winter’s tale for the youngest theatregoers and their families, the popular show which continues its residency at The Egg until Sunday 6th February can be seen daily from Tuesday to Sunday, with performances at 9.30am, 11.30am and 1.30pm.

Winter has arrived and the woods are covered in white. A child hurries to put on their winter clothes so they can run outside and play in a sparkly new world. Just when they are starting to feel a little bit lonely, they find a sleeping mouse buried under the soft white flakes. Sliding, tumbling and laughing; they explore the winter wonderland together and keep each other safe and warm from the winter freeze.

A perfect first theatre experience for ages 6 months to 4 years, Snow Mouse invites pre-school children and their families to join two new friends on their adventures in a magical forest full of play, puppetry and music.

Snow Mouse is performed by Nikki Warwick, who reprises her role at The Egg having previously appeared in the show in 2018, which she returned to direct in 2019. Nikki’s stage work has also seen her perform in Hetty Feather in the West End and on international tour, and in shows for the acclaimed puppet company Pickled Image in the UK and abroad. Nikki has worked extensively in aerial circus, cabaret and physical theatre.

Nik Partridge, who directs Snow Mouse, has worked with many South West theatre companies including Bristol Old Vic, The Egg, Theatre Royal Bath, Travelling Light, Theatre Royal Plymouth, Tobacco Factory Theatres, MAYK, and further afield at Newbury’s Watermill Theatre, the Royal Court, Traverse Theatre and Galway International Arts Festival.

Snow Mouse appears at The Egg at the Theatre Royal Bath until Sunday 6th February. Tickets are on sale at The Egg on 01225 823 409, the Theatre Royal Bath Box Office on 01225 448844 and online at www.theatreroyal.org.uk
