We're definitely feeling a little bit festive here at KIBOU, and who can blame us! The decs are up, and looking rather splendid we think, and we’re introducing some delicious seasonal specials so you can celebrate in style.

You’ll still find all your favourites on the menu, but you’ll also find a few other treats to hopefully bring that extra sparkle to your visit… with no turkey in sight!

A Japanese hot pot of fresh fish & seafood steamed in a rich crab dashi broth served with seasonal greens, spring onion, naruto & thick udon noodles

KAKUNI PORK

Tender pork belly pieces braised in a sticky soy & bonito dashi sauce served with half a tea-stained boiled egg, beni shoga & grilled padron pepper

OYSTER MUSHROOM GUNKAN

2 pieces of nori wrapped sushi rice, topped with fried oyster mushrooms, marinated in sweet soy sauce & aonori seaweed flakes

Selection of seafood and heritage tomatoes with shiso & yuzu soy dressing

Rich prune pudding served in yuzu & umeshu wine toffee sauce with vanilla ice cream
