Luxury Co-Working Space Square Works Launches Phase Three

Square Works, the luxury co-working space on the leafy Berkeley Square, have just opened the waitlist for the last office space to be added to the building. Following the sold out successes of previous phases, this opening will be the last chance to snap up offices at the prestigious postcode. Set to open at the end of November 2021, there’s time for new members to get settled in before the Christmas season. On 9th December 2021, Square Works is opening its doors to welcome guests to explore the new phase with Winter drinks and nibbles.

Square Works offers the only high-end serviced offices and co-working space within a private members’ club in Bristol. Set in Clifton, the club provides a welcoming home and office for members.

The exciting new expansion includes new, modern private offices filled with natural light, meeting rooms with top-of-the-range audio-visual equipment and communal break out spaces. The additional space allows for a growing community, extra facilities, and more space for the bustling programme of in-house workshops and well-being events on offer.

Since its initial opening in June 2019, Square Works has established itself as the luxury option in the co-working scene, with high-end perks included in membership (such as restaurant food from The Square Club delivered straight to your desk and free prosecco). This is the third expansion in as many years as the space has grown to meet the needs of its members. The Square Works community boasts a diverse range of members at different points of company growth and is an ideal location for both start-ups and scale-ups alike. 

As Head of Community Kevin Vowles explains: “What I really love about my role at Square Works is getting people together; making those meaningful connections for their business to grow or just to enjoy an after-work cocktail at The Square Club. 

It’s also great to see that the majority of our current members have been with us since we first opened in 2019. We’ve managed to create quickly a trusted relationship with them, listening to their needs and requirements as they grow. Phase 3 has been built and tailored around members’ feedback. We learned, adapted and expanded to make sure our lovely community always feels comfortable and productive at Square Works.”

Square Works is thriving; it currently boasts a network of over 600 creatives and has hosted over 30 events for the creative industries in the last three months alone, including yoga sessions, creative workshops, networking mixers and lunchtime lectures. Every Summer and Winter there’s a charity season jam-packed full of fun activities to raise money and awareness for Bristol-based charities.
