Sudeley Castle will bring the past to life this Halloween as hair-raising characters tell enthralling tales about Victorian life, with gruesome games and quizzes, spooky stories and a haunted hunt in Sudeley’s mysterious dungeon, there will be plenty to keep little ghouls and ghosts occupied this half term.

Visitors are encouraged to wear fancy dress and enjoy eerie tales from villainous Victorian characters, from Lady Artemisia Winchcombe to Jack the Ratcatcher. The family-friendly Halloween activities are included within the admission ticket, as well as access to the castle, exhibitions, extensive gardens, Pheasantry and adventure playground. 

A range of freshly prepared light bites and snacks are available from the Castle Kitchen Pantry or The Terrace Café, which serves an extended menu featuring local ingredients, a selection of hot and cold food and speciality coffees. 

General Manager, Shane Samarawikrema says: “Our majestic castle comes into its own during the autumn months and Halloween is the perfect time to wander the eerie hallways, explore the spooky dungeons, and of course blow off some steam in our fully equipped adventure playground.  We look forward to welcoming lots of families and friends for a scary Sudeley experience this October half term.”

Tickets for Sudeley Castle must be pre-booked online at www.sudeleycastle.co.uk and are on sale now and available until 31st October 2021, after which the season comes to a close for 2021.
