Vero’s | Now open!
From the founders of The Colombian Company, Vero’s serves small Spanish
bites for breakfast, brunch and lunch (“one if you’re peckish, two if you’re hungry and
three to share” says co-owner and Spaniard, Veronica) alongside homemade
cakes and coffee roasted by The Colombian Company. A clean, light and bright interior creates an uplifting atmosphere in which to enjoy authentic Spanish cuisine made from the finest ingredients, and the surrounding deli offers a carefully curated collection of these ingredients available to purchase and try at home.

Bosco Pizzeria | Opens 19 August
The long-awaited opening! Bosco is a modern pizzeria with an
emphasis on informal, casual dining, drawing influences from New York to
Naples. The style of cooking at Bosco is simple, seasonal and ingredient-led, with weekly imports from Italian markets. The menu is made up of a variety of classic regional Italian dishes and pizzas handcrafted in the Neopolitan style – light and airy with a very slightly charred crust.

The restaurant styling offers a contemporary take on a classic pizzeria with a New York vibe thrown in – a space that is full of atmosphere and always buzzing!
