Visit West members are invited to our latest groups and travel trade forum to hear from key industry speakers.

Also speaking will be a leading DMC, focussing on how accommodation businesses (in particular) can best work with the travel trade for groups and FIT, including the importance of offering guaranteed rates. We will also welcome speakers from Bokun, talking about online distribution.

Visit West's Head of Marketing Jon Chamberlain, who leads on travel trade engagement for the LVEP, will outline the opportunities available to members including free training, stand shares, and additional exposure, as well as our engagement plans for autumn/winter 2025/26.

Similar to past groups and travel trade forum, there will also be some local case studies from members who work closely with the travel trade showcasing their journey and successes to inspire you.

There will also be chance at the end to meet, chat and ask questions with each of the speakers individually.

Please note, these events are exclusively available to Visit West members. Members can attend these free of charge as a membership benefit. If you would like more information on Visit West membership programme and the range of benefits on offer, please contact: membership@visitwest.co.uk
